Course Description

Hospitality is a subject that will give you the opportunity to explore a career that is creative, challenging and fun.

The main aim of the subject is to provide you with an awareness of the different aspects involved in working in the Hospitality industry. You will develop skills in the kitchen, in pop up restaurants, visit local hotels, restaurants and catering outlets to gain the necessary knowledge.
